We will be participating in the Emmaus Halloween parade on Saturday October 21, 2023.

PARTICIPATION: To be in the parade you MUST REGISTER. We are limited to only 14 Jeeps total. All Jeeps MUST be decorated. Sign-ups are taken first come first serve, once we have 14 total we are full, no exceptions. Please make sure you are 100% positive you are participating in the parade before registering so you don't take a spot away from someone else if you can't make it.

MEETING POINT: We will meet in the South Mall parking lot near the Wendy's (3390 Lehigh St. Allentown) at 5:30PM. Please be in the parking lot of the south mall near the Wendy’s by 5:30PM. We will leave the parking lot no later than 5:45PM to drive to the staging area.

PARADE DETAILS: The parade starts to get in formation at 6:00PM and the parade will start moving at 7:00PM.

RAIN DATE: If the weather is poor the parade may be postponed. The rain date is the next day, Sunday October 22nd at 6:30PM, so meeting time at the South Mall would be moved back to 5:00PM.

CANDY: Candy is NOT allowed to be thrown, however, someone can walk along the route on the sides and hand it out.

EMMAUS PARADE RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The following rules and regulations will be strictly enforced; anyone who violates these rules will face ejection.

• NO DRILLING OR EXHIBITION OF ANY TYPE IS PERMITTED.
• NO BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, SCOOTERS OR MOTORCYCLES.
• NO LICENSED VEHICLES UNLESS FULLY DECORATED IN A HALLOWEEN THEME OR PULLING A FLOAT.
• NO OPEN FIRES, FIREWORKS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, JUMPING FLOATS, THROWING CANDY. THIS IS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
• NO BUSINESS OR POLITICAL ADVERTISING
