Inner Child Sound Healing Journey

This mediation-based workshop is focus on getting to know your inner child, and assist you in your journey of getting to know yourself and healing.

This session will include various kinds of mindfulness exercise, such as breathwork and mediation techniques, all to help you tap into your intuition and allow you to meditate with a calmer state of mind. The main part of this workshop will be a sound bath journey, where our facilitator Yan will bring you to a deeper state of mind, and that's where the magick will happen.

Participants may bring along their own yoga mat, jacket/blanket, sleeping mask or anything else for the soud bath, otherwise all items will be provided at the venue. It is also highly encouraged to bring along your own water bottle and some pen and paper for journalling.

*No entry will be allowed after 4:45pm. Please plan your journey ahead.

*You don't need any past experiences in meditation or spirituality to attend this workshop.

*Allow yourself to come with an open mind and heart, and receive the healing you deserve.
