Ice Cream + Mummy Pumpkin Craft at Capital City SweetsMeet us at Capital City Sweets for Ice Cream. There will be a fun Mummy Pumpkin Halloween Craft for the kiddos to do while enjoying some ice cream. They’re opening an hour early for our families!
