Conditions of Entry and Ticket Terms
====================================
These terms are a binding agreement between you (the "Attendee") and Organizer Purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, or entering the venue, means you accept every term below, including the complete release of the Organizer from all liability of any kind. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or enter.
1\. Event Details and Entry Requirements
----------------------------------------
* Event: Haunted Nights
* Date and time: \[30, October 20, 2026\], doors 9:30 PM, close 2:30 AM
* Security screening and ticket verification may take place at the door. The Organizer does not guarantee any level of security, screening, or supervision. Entry is at the sole discretion of the Organizer and venue security.
* No re-entry once you leave the venue.
* Tickets are non-transferable and non-resalable. Resold or duplicated tickets are void.
* Each ticket admits one person. You must present a valid ticket in your own name and matching ID.
* The Organizer may deny entry to anyone, for any lawful reason, without explanation and without refund.
* Capacity, set times, and lineup are subject to change without notice.
2\. Intoxication and Prohibited Substances
------------------------------------------
You agree not to arrive at, enter, or remain at the event while intoxicated or under the influence of any intoxicant. This includes alcohol, cannabis and cannabis products, any illegal or controlled substance, any prescription medication not lawfully prescribed to you, inhalants, and any substance, legal or otherwise, that impairs your judgment, coordination, or ability to safely participate.
You may not bring, possess, use, sell, share, or distribute any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances at the event or on venue property, including parking areas and entry lines. This is a strictly \[dry / substance-free\] event.
Security and the Organizer may assess intoxication using their own reasonable judgment, including observed behavior, speech, coordination, odor, or appearance. Their determination is final. You agree that you will not challenge that determination as a basis for any refund, dispute, or chargeback.
If you are found or reasonably believed to be intoxicated or in possession of a prohibited substance:
* You will be refused entry or removed from the venue immediately.
* No refund, credit, voucher, or compensation of any kind will be issued.
* Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.
* The Organizer may contact law enforcement or emergency services where it deems appropriate.
The Organizer has no duty to monitor, detect, or prevent intoxication or substance use by any attendee, and is not liable for any harm to you or anyone else caused by any attendee's intoxication or substance use. The Organizer is not responsible for any medical, legal, academic, employment, immigration, or other consequences you experience as a result of violating this clause, including any action taken by police, the venue, or third parties.
3\. Prohibited Items
--------------------
The following are prohibited: weapons of any kind; alcohol and drugs; drug paraphernalia; outside food and beverages; glass; aerosols; fireworks or pyrotechnics; laser pointers; professional recording equipment without written permission; large bags or backpacks; and any item security deems unsafe. Prohibited items may be confiscated without compensation.
4\. Search and Screening Consent
--------------------------------
As a condition of entry, you consent to a search of your person, bags, and belongings by security, including pat-downs, bag checks, and metal detection. Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry without refund. Searches may be repeated inside the venue at any time.
5\. Conduct and Removal
-----------------------
You agree to behave respectfully toward staff, security, performers, venue personnel, and other attendees, and to follow all instructions from staff and security.
The Organizer and security may refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose behavior they consider, in their sole judgment, to be disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, harassing, discriminatory, offensive, illegal, or contrary to these terms or venue rules. No warning is required. No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: fighting or threats of violence; harassment or unwanted physical contact; damage to property; theft; unauthorized entry to restricted areas; crowd surfing or climbing; smoking or vaping outside designated areas; and any conduct that violates law or venue policy.
You are solely responsible for your own actions and for those of any guest you bring. You are liable for any damage you cause to the venue, equipment, or the property of others, and you agree to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.
6\. Compliance with Law and Venue Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and with all rules and policies of the venue, which are incorporated into these terms. Where venue rules and these terms differ, the stricter rule applies.
7\. Assumption of Risk
----------------------
You understand that attending a live event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: crowds and crowd movement; loud music and sound levels that may cause hearing damage; strobe, laser, and flashing lights that may trigger seizures; slips, trips, and falls; heat and dehydration; contact with other attendees; assault, theft, or other criminal acts by other attendees or third parties; the condition of the venue and its equipment; the absence or inadequacy of security, supervision, lighting, crowd control, sanitation, or medical care; and the actions or omissions of other attendees, performers, staff, or third parties. You voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, known and unknown, whether or not caused by the negligence of any Released Party, including the risk of serious injury, illness, property loss, or death.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to attend, and that you have no medical condition that would make attendance unsafe for you or others.
8\. Release of Liability
------------------------
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its owners, officers, members, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, performers, promoters, security personnel, the venue and its owners and staff, and each of their affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns (together the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at or participation in the event, including claims based on the negligence, gross negligence, or other fault of any Released Party, and including the failure to provide, or the inadequacy of, security, supervision, crowd control, medical care, or safe premises.
This release covers, without limitation, personal injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage, theft, and loss, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, on or off venue premises, including in lines, parking areas, and surrounding streets.
9\. Indemnification
-------------------
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: your acts or omissions; your breach of these terms; your violation of any law or venue rule; any injury or damage you cause to any person or property; and any claim brought by a third party in connection with your conduct.
10\. Covenant Not to Sue and Waiver
-----------------------------------
You agree not to bring, and to hold the Released Parties harmless from, any lawsuit, claim, or proceeding against any Released Party for matters covered by this release. You understand that you are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and you sign these terms freely and voluntarily.
11\. Limitation of Liability
----------------------------
The Released Parties have no liability to you of any kind. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. If any liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of all Released Parties combined for all claims will not exceed the face value of the ticket you purchased.
12\. Medical Treatment, No Duty of Care, and No Guarantees
----------------------------------------------------------
The Organizer has no duty to provide medical staff, first aid, supervision, or any form of care at the event, and makes no promise that any will be available. If you are injured or become ill, you are solely responsible for seeking and paying for any medical treatment. Any assistance the Organizer, its staff, or the venue chooses to offer is voluntary, may be stopped at any time, and does not create any duty of care or liability. You release the Released Parties from any claim arising from the presence, absence, delay, or quality of any medical assistance, and from any decision to call or not call emergency services.
Nothing in these terms, and nothing the Organizer says or does before, during, or after the event, creates any duty of care, guarantee, warranty, or obligation to you. The Organizer is not an insurer of your safety or property. The Organizer makes no promise about the safety, condition, capacity, staffing, security, crowd control, sound levels, lighting, sanitation, water availability, or accessibility of the venue or the event. Any safety, security, or medical measure the Organizer chooses to provide is a courtesy, not an obligation, and may be reduced or withdrawn at any time without notice or liability.
13\. Tickets, Refunds, and Credits
----------------------------------
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY REASON, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. This includes, without limitation: inability to attend, illness or injury, family emergency, travel or transportation problems, weather, lineup or set time changes, venue change, refusal of entry, removal under these terms, dissatisfaction with the event, early departure, event delay or interruption, and event cancellation. No cash refunds, partial refunds, or payment reversals will be issued in any case, and no exceptions will be made by any staff member, promoter, or affiliate. Any goodwill credit offered under this section is not a refund and creates no right to one.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any ticket purchase governed by these terms. Any chargeback made in violation of this clause will void your ticket and any credit, and you will be responsible for the disputed amount plus any fees the Organizer incurs.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
14\. Event Changes and Cancellation

The Organizer may change the date, time, venue, lineup, performers, set times, or format of the event at any time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
If the Organizer cancels the event, it has no obligation to you. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, honor your ticket at a rescheduled date or issue a credit toward a future event, but is not required to do either. No cash refund will be issued. Service fees, travel, accommodation, and all other costs are your responsibility.
The Organizer is not liable for cancellation, delay, or interruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, fire, flood, power failure, public health orders, government action, venue closure, strikes, civil disturbance, or the unavailability of performers or staff.
15\. Photography and Media Consent
----------------------------------
You consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded at the event, and you grant the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in any media, including social media and advertising, without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not attend.
16\. Personal Property
----------------------
The Released Parties have no liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or confiscated personal property, including items in coat check (if offered), vehicles, or any area of the venue, regardless of cause. Bring items entirely at your own risk.
17\. No Endorsement
-------------------
Views and opinions expressed by performers, speakers, or attendees are their own and are not endorsed by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for the content of any performance.
18\. Privacy
------------
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your name, contact details, and ID information for ticket verification, security, and event communications.
19\. Governing Law and Disputes
-------------------------------
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the event will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action against the Released Parties. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event or it is permanently barred.
20\. General
------------
* Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed.
* Entire agreement: these terms, together with the venue rules, are the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the event.
* No waiver: the Organizer's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
* Amendments: the Organizer may update these terms before the event; the version in effect at the time of entry applies.
21\. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
----------------------------------
By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, or by entering the venue, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them, that the Organizer and the Released Parties have no liability to you of any kind, that you are giving up legal rights including the right to sue, that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or enter the event.
