Join Northside Community Council for a pedestrian- and family-friendly Halloween celebration!Meet us in Jergens Park on October 31 from 6 - 8 p.m. and trick-or-treat your way through the park. Coffee and other hot beverages will be available for purchase from Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck.
