Based in Tucson, AZ, Dedd Horsemen is Sonoran gutter veteran Hank Topless’ post-country power trio. Abetted by Dr. Useless on bass and Dani Ponce on drums, Topless fills the air with disturbed, unpolished soul singing and primitive guitar stylings. Honkytonk, rural blues, rock, and punk seem fused in an unholy cornucopia.
Hank has shared stages with and / or provided support for: Les Paul, Junior Brown, Kinky Friedman, Scott H. Biram, Jesse Dayton, Joe Ely, Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts, Robbie Fulks, The Outlaws, Whitney Rose, Pete Anderson, Jim Bachmann, Skip Heller, Brea Burns, Mack Stevens, Reverend Payton’s Big Damn Band, Kevin Daly, Kaci Bays, Al Perry, Jim Goad, Jenny Don’t & The Spurs, Tom Walbank, Split Livers, Al Foul, Gary Stockdale, Calexico, and many more.
About The Sea Monks:
The Sea Monks perform a mix of rockabilly and blues with a small twist of funk. Noah Kapchinske picked up the guitar at age 7 after hearing Johnny Cash’s recording of "Folsom Prison Blues." A few years later, his brother Kai received a drum kit, and two Sea Monks took over a corner of the dingy garage. When the boys asked their dad if he could learn bass and fill out the band, it was a middle-aged cubicle worker’s dream come true.
The trio played their first gig at a school craft fair in November 2015, and went on to play venues such as Proud Mary’s, the Lafayette Hotel, the San Diego County Fair, and the Continental Club in Austin, TX. They expanded to a quartet with the addition of guitarist Jeff Houck.
This is a FREE event but tables can be purchased to ensure a place to sit. Table reservations will be held until 20 minutes after the start of the show, and if not claimed they will be released to other guests. No refunds. Reserve a table here:
