The historic Tarlton Theatre presents a free Halloweentime showing of Halloweentown (1998) on the city's biggest original movie screen with complimentary popcorn, soda, and water for neighbors of Green Bay's westside neighborhoods!Participating neighborhoods include:
• Fisk Addition Neighborhood
• Fort Howard Neighborhood
• Marquette Park Neighborhood
• Northwest Railway Garden Neighborhood
• Olde Norwood Neighborhood
• Seymour Park Neighborhood
• Shipyard Neighborhood
• Tank Neighborhood

The Tarlton Theatre offers complimentary parking at the paved lot located immediately to the west of the theatre at 100 South Chestnut Avenue. Parking spaces marked "The Tarlton Theatre" are reserved for theatre guests only. Free parking is also available on South Broadway, South Chestnut Avenue, and Howard Street, but we caution our guests against parking their vehicles overnight.
