Join us at B3 Gym on Saturday, October 31st at 9:00 AM for our Halloween Workout! We’re opening this one up to the entire Gainesville community, so grab a friend and come join us.
The twist? Your pumpkin is your weight for the workout 🎃
Bring your own pumpkin—and choose wisely, because you’ll be carrying, lifting, and moving it throughout the workout.
🚫 No mini pumpkins allowed (we see what you're trying to do 😂)
👻 Costumes or festive Halloween gear are HIGHLY encouraged. Just make sure you can actually work out in it!
The workout will be beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels, so you do NOT need CrossFit experience to participate. Our coaches will walk you through everything and help you modify movements as needed.
