Carve muscle and build strength in this spooktacular sculpt class set to a ghoulishly good Halloween playlist. You’ll work through muscle-toning exercises designed to challenge and strengthen every inch of your body.

After working your Boo-ceps, Pumpkin Squats, Jack-o'-Lantern Lunges and Potion-Stirring Russian Twists you’ll be ready to unwind and find your inner calm.

The lights will dim, and a flickering candlelight glow will guide you to a spooky Deep Stretch. Then, it's lights out as you surrender into Corpse Pose to rest in peace and tranquility after your killer workout.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and a festive attitude. Costumes are optional but highly encouraged!

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 7:15 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:35 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio.
