🎃 HALLOWEEN POUND & POUR 👻
📅 Sunday, October 25
Come get a little loud, sweaty & spooky with us! ⚡️
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session inspired by drumming. Using lightly weighted Ripstix®, we’ll combine cardio, strength training and plenty of rockin’ out into one seriously fun workout. No rhythm required. 😉
For this Halloween edition, expect a killer playlist, spooky vibes, and maybe a few tricks & treats along the way. Costumes or Halloween gear are absolutely encouraged—but make sure you can still squat, lunge and ROCK in it. 😈
🍺 Then stick around after class, grab a drink and celebrate surviving the workout.
🎃 All fitness levels welcome
💚 Bring a yoga mat + water
🥁 Ripstix® provided
Come for the workout. Stay for the BOOs. 👻🍻
