Halloween Park It...Well, folks, it’s that time of year again. Days of mists and mellow fruitfulness, and cars dressed up as jack-o-lanterns… Park It in the Market is once again celebrating Halloween in the only way we know how – by dressing up ourselves and our cars… and this year’s Park It in the Market Halloween Special will really knock you dead!
We have LIVE music from the fabulous - and always fabulously dressed - Laurence O and the Blistered Mirrors!
We have DJ support from The Bloody Marys. (That’s The Vinyl Countdown in fancy dress!)
We have Losers Tea, and Lady Luigia Loser is always up for a bit of fancy dress… plus street food and beverages galore!
Visitor Fancy Dress is encouraged, though not compulsory;
Vehicles: If you’re not a club member, you are welcome to bring a pre-1990 vehicle after 7.30pm
We are using the Durnford Street entrance. Please don’t turn up early and block the access. Even as a member, if you turn do up early, you will be asked to wait. (See your club email for members info) Greenwich Market staff are marshalling the event, and they need to be able to safely clear the space after the day’s trading.
Park It really does rely on the goodwill of all involved. There are no absolute guarantees of parking inside the market, but the guys WILL do their best to accommodate as many as possible; there is for the moment still parking around the outside, on the single yellow lines.
We hope you’re all looking forward to it as much as we are, this is going to be a real treat of a night!
