Promoting peace and Fun in our neighborhood, celebrating October and Halloween with this fun, free, community activity! Community members are invited to vote for your top 3 favorite dog costumes. Dogs can win prizes. Register your FRIENDLY dog to compete in the costume contest below:

Accessibility Note: There are NO stairs to enter the park. There may be access to a restroom facility inside the west boulevard rapid transit center. We will have KN95 Masks available for if/when folks are within close proximity to others.
Safety: ONLY friendly dogs are permitted to participate—dogs who are comfortable in a public setting with other dogs present are welcome to participate. Dogs who are not friendly are prohibited from participating. Participation is at your own risk. Please be responsible by picking up any waste your dog leaves. All participants must sign a waiver at check in.
