A one-day Halloween fitness pop-up featuring themed classes, immersive décor and a spooky atmosphere.Graveyard Fitness Club features five themed classes throughout the day, each led by experienced local instructors. Every session is designed to be welcoming to a range of fitness levels while fully embracing the Halloween atmosphere.
This is an 18+ event. Between classes, guests are invited to stay and enjoy the atmosphere with a themed cocktail, mocktail, coffee, or other beverages from our licensed open bar. Whether you’re celebrating after a workout or catching up with friends before your next class, the lounge area is designed to make the day feel like more than just a fitness event—it’s a Halloween social experience.
Please Bring Your Own Mat
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga/exercise mat for the event. A limited number of mats will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout attire suitable for your selected class.
🧟 Zombie Zumba
11:00 AM Instructor: Rakia
Start the day with an electrifying dance fitness party featuring Halloween-inspired choreography, horror remixes, and nonstop energy. This fun, cardio-focused class is perfect for anyone looking to move, laugh, and kick off the festival with a bang.
🌿 One Wish Workout- You'll become Obsessed with this workout!
1:00 PM Instructor: Brett
A full-body bootcamp designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and determination. Combining functional movements with high-energy intervals, this workout will leave you feeling accomplished and wanting more.
🩸 Final Girl Conditioning
3:00 PM Instructor: Brett
Inspired by the resilience of horror’s legendary final survivors, this functional strength and conditioning class builds power, agility, and endurance. Expect a motivating workout that pushes you while remaining accessible to a variety of fitness levels.
⚰️ Pilates from the Crypt
5:00 PM Instructor: Lindsey
Strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build stability in this gothic-inspired mat Pilates class. Set against an immersive Halloween backdrop, this low-impact session combines mindful movement with spooky atmosphere.
🧘 Haunted Yoga
7:00 PM Instructor: Holly
Close out the evening with a relaxing candlelit yoga flow surrounded by eerie lighting, haunting music, and atmospheric décor. This restorative class offers the perfect way to unwind while embracing the spirit of the season.
After the Workout
Your ticket is more than just a fitness class—it’s an experience. After each session, guests are encouraged to stick around, enjoy the Halloween atmosphere, grab a themed cocktail, mocktail, or specialty coffee from the licensed bar, take photos, and connect with fellow attendees before the next class begins. Whether you’re coming for one class or spending the entire day with us, Graveyard Fitness Club is designed to bring fitness and Halloween together in a fun, social setting.
Participant Waiver Required: All attendees must be 18+ and must complete Graveyard Fitness’s Participant Waiver & Release before participating. The waiver will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration. Participants who have not completed the waiver will be required to do so before entering their scheduled class.
