Join Free Mom Hugs Spokane at the Meals on Wheels Great Pumpkin Race. This is a wonderful event for the whole family. We will be hugging and handing out candy for trick-or-treaters by the clock tower at Riverfront Park. You can even dress up in a family-friendly Halloween costume (not required).
