We’re excited to announce our upcoming exhibition Found, featuring Miami-based oil painter Leah Mendez.

Mendez’s work reimagines found photographs—discarded snapshots that capture fleeting, unposed moments of human connection. Painting on birch wood panels, she slows time to reveal tenderness in the ordinary: children playing, lovers embracing, elders smiling.

Join us for the opening night at Pendentive Studio. Drinks will be served, candy will be out, and since it’s the night before Halloween, retro-themed costumes are encouraged—think the ’50s through the ’90s.
