A 2-hour journey of intuitive movement and sound healing with gong, shamanic instruments, and crystal alchemy bowls to celebrate Samhain.
About this Event

Join Autumn for a 2-hour workshop exploring recalibration and connection through intuitive movement and sound healing, held on the night of Samhain.

Samhain marks the close of the harvest and the beginning of the dark half of the year; a threshold moment, when what has been is released and what is coming has not yet arrived. It is a time for turning inward, for honouring endings, and for making space in the body and the energetic field before winter settles in.

What to Expect:

This immersive experience is designed to help you drop into your body and reconnect with your natural rhythm as the season turns.

🌿 Movement

We'll begin with a gentle, intuitive Hatha practice that invites your body to soften and unfold at its own pace. There's no pressure to perform or achieve - simply allow yourself to move in a way that feels right for you. As tension releases and energy flows, your entire system begins to recalibrate from the outside in, shedding what no longer needs carrying forward.

🎵 Sound

As we transition into stillness, you'll be bathed in immersive frequencies and resonant tones carefully selected to guide your energetic being back to its natural state of equilibrium. Autumn will open with a gentle gong and shamanic instruments (drum, rattle and voice have long accompanied this crossing), before guiding you through the rest of the journey on crystal alchemy bowls. This is your time to rest deeply, receive, and allow the vibrations to do their work.

All levels welcome: whether you're new to movement and sound healing or have an established practice, this workshop offers a sacred space to pause, release, and return to yourself.

Arrive with an open heart. Leave feeling harmonised, grounded, and ready to meet the season ahead. 🌑
