A camp experience full of fun, learning, and skills to last a lifetime!About this Event
At First Farmers, campers will explore everything the farm and 4-H Culinary Education Center have to offer. This camp will take place at the "Big Farm" at 2201 E. Roger Rd where we grow over an acre of veggies and have lots of room to have fun and explore! From planting, harvesting and caring for chickens to spending time in the kitchen creating simple, delicious food with fresh farm produce, campers will participate in a full farm-to-table experience. Healthy homemade snacks and lunch are included.
*Each session teaches the same curriculum, so we discourage students from enrolling in more than one session of the same camp.
Ages: 7-10
Time: 8am-2pm
Session I: May 30 - June 2 (4 days; Monday is Memorial Day holiday); Cost: $250
Session II: June 5 - June 9 (5 days); Cost: $300
Session III: July 3 - July 7 (5 days, camp in session on July 4); Cost: $300
*COVID Guidelines: Tucson Village Farm camps will follow the University of Arizona, CDC, and State of Arizona COVID Guidelines. Please see the FAQs on our website (tucsonvillagefarm.arizona.edu) for more details.
*Refund Policy: Full refund 30 days before camp start date; 50% refund up to 14 days before camp start date; no refunds thereafter.
