The beloved Brown Street Park Halloween Party + Parade is back for our 19th year!The spook-tacular festivities begin in the park starting at 3:30 PM on Halloween.
This event is free!
There will be a DJ, snacks, games and crafts for kids. The parade around the neighborhood starts at 5:30 PM led by a marching band.
