Every year in the U.S., many families celebrate with a "Feast of the Seven Fishes" dinner on Christmas Eve.

Loved ones gather around a feast of seven different seafood dishes or one or two different types of fish prepared in seven different ways.

The first official "Feast of the Seven Fishes" first emerged in the early 1900s, when Italian-American immigrants celebrated Christmas Eve by preparing a seven-course seafood meal that both made them feel close to their new homes, while creating dishes from the sea, which reminded them of their homeland.

Inspired by the Italian and American roots of the celebration, our non-traditional version features local produce, grains, and some of the Northwest's best catches in unique, seasonal preparations by Della Terra Chef/Owner Cody Castiglia.

An optional Washington wine pairing will be offered for $50 per guest, as well as options for wines by the glass or bottle.
