This is our annual charity pingolf tournament! Cost to enter is $10 plus coin drop (get a 3-4 player group together and that should be about 75 cents per game with value pricing). The money goes to the Capital Area Humane Society. We'll have prize drawings, and I'll donate an extra $2 for anyone who shows up in a costume or Halloween attire.We'll have a nine-hole, objective-based course, with the unique twist that two objectives will be available on each hole and you have to choose the one you intend to shoot for. Finals will be between the top four players and will be golf match play format. Start on the course anytime between 4 pm and 7 pm. A card can be voided and an additional card bought for $5 (going to the charity) so start early if you want to leave time for a second chance.
This will be a three-ball tournament this time, as last year's five-ball tournament went on much too long! The other change is that while the top seed will still get to choose either bank or objectives for finals, and the second seed will choose whichever the first seed doesn't, the choice of objectives will be for everyone (that is, you can't choose objective A for yourself and objective B for everyone else, that turned out to be a bit too mean).
