PLEASE NOTE: This is not your average screening — the film will be playing across multiple screens around Angel City Brewery. Grab a drink, bring your friends, and catch three killer horror shorts + live Q&As from the filmmakers.

By attending Fall of Flesh Los Angeles (“the Event”), hosted by Night Frights LA, all participants, attendees, vendors, staff, filmmakers, and volunteers (“Attendees”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Attendees understand and acknowledge that participating in public events involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. This includes but is not limited to potential hazards from walking, standing, lighting, fog machines, props, sound, crowd congestion, or interactions with others.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By entering the Event premises, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and waive any and all claims against Night Frights LA, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, vendors, partners, and venue (including but not limited to Angel City Brewery), for any injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), loss, damage, or death arising from or in connection with attending the Event.

RELEASE: Attendees hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT: In the event of injury or medical emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment deemed necessary, understanding that the organizers assume no responsibility for any resulting costs or outcomes.

NOTICE: Participation is entirely voluntary. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter the Event area.
