Join us for a fall tour in the City of Brotherly Love! The tour begins at Eastern State Penitentiary. Eastern State Penitentiary was once the most famous and expensive prison in the world, but stands today in ruin, a haunting world of crumbling cellblocks and empty guard towers. Known for its grand architecture and strict discipline, this was the world's first true "penitentiary," a prison designed to inspire penitence, or true regret, in the hearts of prisoners. Its vaulted, sky-lit cells held nearly 85,000 people over its long history, including bank robber "Slick Willie" Sutton and "Scarface" Al Capone.
After your tour enjoy an included boxed lunch provided by Campo's Cheesesteaks, the official cheesesteak of the Philadelphia Phillies!
On your next stop, you will enjoy a guided Ghost Tour of Haunted Historical Philadelphia. Discover the secrets hidden in the shadows of America's most historic and most haunted city! Join the Ghost Tour of Philadelphia for a walking tour along the back streets and secret gardens of Independence National Park, Old City, and Society Hill, where ghostly spirits, haunted houses, and eerie graveyards lurk! Named one of the top 15 "must see" attractions in the U.S.!
Seats on this trip cost $165 per person. Cost includes: Admission & Self-guided audio tour at Eastern State Penitentiary, Boxed Lunch from Campo's Cheesesteaks, Admission for a guided Ghost Tour of Haunted Historical Philadelphia, and bus. Funds due no later than September 15th.
