Come join us in studio for a spooktacular fitness event at F45 Tampa Heights! Get ready to sweat it out with a festive twist this Halloween. Bring your best costume and be prepared for a workout like no other! Push yourself through our fun fitness challenge stations designed to keep you moving or take pictures, eat nutritious food, and vibe out to our live DJ. Don't miss out on this opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a healthy and active way. See you there!
FITNESS COMPETITIONS: Join in or spectate in one or all four of our fitness competitions. Each challenge will be approximately 10 minutes or less. The competitor with the most points at the end of the night wins. come early to register.
-Upper body, cardio, lower body, and core challenge
COSTUME CONTEST: Bring your scariest, most dramatic, comedic, spicy, silly, horrific, exotic costume to win our people's chioce award for best costume!
LIVE DJ: "DJSun" Will be in studio taking our workout to the next level!
VENDORS: Expect, food, fitness, health, wellness, and free stuff!
FREE PARKING: use the parking garage attached to Sprouts, 90min parking validations will be provided to all participants upon request.
