At Samhain, we stand at a threshold between the old and the new — a potent time for reflection, release and transformation.
This immersive Kundalini Yoga workshop invites you to consciously let go of old patterns, habits and energies that no longer serve you, creating space for renewal, expansion and a deeper connection with your inner light.
Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, japa and gong immersion, we will journey inward, clear what is ready to be released and reconnect with the light and consciousness within.

Info: Intro to the theme of the day. Warm-Up exercises. Purification Rituals and Kundalini Yoga Kriya, Relaxation and Mantra Meditation

Info: A three course vegan lunch will served in the college refectory. Meals are prepared on site by college staff sourcing locally where possible. Weather permitting - we can sit on the patio! Please let us know if there are any allergies.

Relax and walk in the grounds at Fircroft
Info: Explore the grounds at Fircroft (once the manor house and home of George Cadbury). We may do a short walking meditation if weather permits and then allow free flowing walk and quiet time in nature and for you to experience the grounds.
