Join our Easter Robotics Club and give your child the chance to experience Science, Coding and Technology in a fun and inspirational way.

DATES:

4th April 2023 Robot Games with Stop Motion Animation (PLACES AVAILABLE)

10am – 4pm @ Mycenae House, Blackheath, 90 Mycenae Rd, London SE3 7SE

THEME: ROBOTS GAMES ON THE MOON

Once upon a time, in a not-too-distant future, humans established a city on the Moon and a way to travel there every single day. Spaceships filled with enthusiastic young engineers travelled to the Moon, ready to move to the newly established Lunar City. One of the most exciting features of their new life on the Moon was the fact that engineers were able to live and work side by side with Robots. Each year, everyone enjoyed the Robot Games, where robots designed by engineers from all over the city competed in numerous challenges.

One year, Alex, a young engineer from London, moved to the Lunar City and created a Robot called Marama to enter the games. Alex dreamt that Marama would be able to win the Games, despite not being a huge robot - if anything she was quite small. Alex equipped her with many sensors and gave her brilliant control systems. They both couldn’t wait for the Robot Games to start.

Your children will step into this story, becoming creating robots that will compete with Marama and all the other Robots on the Moon. They will learn fascinating facts about Physics, Moon and Space Exploration, while exploring engineering and coding.
