Got a furry family member? Join us and bring your pup along to our first annual Yappy Hour event series at Civic Garden. We’ll be hosting vendors, fun activities, and themed nights for our Downtown community in partnership with SPCA of Texas, The Paw Spa, Modern Animal, and Maya x Kiwi.
We’ll have drinks for you AND your pup… that’s right, beer and wine for your pup!
October 3: Yappy Hour
Come out to Civic Garden to help us kick off a month of Yappy Hours with an expo showcasing a variety of goodies for your favorite four-legged friend! Prospective pet parents and dog-lovers alike are welcome as well; the SPCA of Texas will be there with pups who are looking for a loving forever home.
October 10: Mutt Manners Obedience
Obedience school is in session at Civic Garden! Join us and Boss Babe Dog Trainer to teach your mutt some manners!
October 17: Puppy Love Speed Dating
Find a date who can pass your pup’s sniff test at our singles night! Paint your pet with watercolor designs from Maya x Kiwi at Civic Garden. Everyone is welcome to mix and mingle, but there is a $20 supply fee for all aspiring artists who want to participate in the watercolor activity.
October 24: Pup Picture Day and Halloween Costume Contest
Calling all pup parents! Whether you have a puppy princess or a fur-rocious beast, dress them up in their Halloween best and head to Civic Garden for a pet photoshoot and costume contest!
