TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry & Registration

Entry will be permitted only to registered guests/participants with a valid pass, invitation, or registration confirmation, wherever applicable.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Management reserves the right to check passes/registrations at the entry gate.

2. Dandiya Sticks

Participants may carry their own Dandiya sticks only if permitted by the venue/organiser.
Dandiya sticks must be used responsibly and only within the designated dance area.
Any intentional misuse or damage caused by Dandiya sticks will be the participant's responsibility.

3. Dress Code

Traditional / ethnic festive wear such as Chaniya Choli, Kurta, Kediyu, Saree, Ghagra and similar attire is encouraged.
Comfortable footwear is recommended for dancing.

4. Dance & Personal Safety

Please maintain adequate space while dancing.
Avoid pushing, pulling, aggressive dancing or any behaviour that may cause injury.
Participants must follow instructions given by the event team, security personnel and venue management.
Any unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event premises.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Weapons or sharp objects
Fireworks, crackers or inflammable materials
Alcohol, drugs or intoxicating substances
Any illegal or hazardous material
Items restricted by the venue or local authorities

Security checks/frisking may be conducted at the entry gate.

6. Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the event area, depending on venue rules.
Food purchased from event stalls should be consumed responsibly.
Food vendors are responsible for maintaining hygiene and complying with applicable food-safety requirements.

7. Stall & Vendor Rules

Stall space must be used only for the approved product/service category.
Vendors may not sublet, transfer or share their allotted stall without prior written approval.
No additional tables, displays, electrical equipment or structures may be installed without organiser approval.
Vendors must keep their allotted area clean and must not obstruct walkways or common areas.
All stall setup and dismantling must be completed within the timings communicated by the organiser.
Vendors must follow all venue, safety, fire and local authority requirements.

8. Payment & Booking

Stall booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
Once confirmed, stall bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing by the organiser.
Balance payment must be cleared within the communicated deadline.
Stall allocation is subject to organiser approval and availability.
The organiser reserves the right to change stall allocation when required for operational, safety or venue-related reasons.

9. Electricity & Equipment

Only approved electrical connections may be used.
Overloading, unsafe wiring, loose cables or unauthorised electrical equipment is strictly prohibited.
Any additional electricity/equipment requirement must be requested in advance and may be chargeable.

10. Cleanliness & Property

Participants and vendors must maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Any damage to venue property, furniture, electrical equipment or event infrastructure caused by a participant/vendor may be charged to the responsible person/brand.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests and vendors are responsible for their own mobile phones, jewellery, cash, products, equipment and other personal belongings.
The organiser/venue will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

12. Photography & Videography

Photography and videography may take place during the event for event documentation, social media, marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs/videos.

13. Event Timings & Changes

Guests and vendors must follow the official event timings communicated by the organiser.
Event schedule, performances, activities, stall locations or timings may be changed due to operational, venue, weather, safety, government or other circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control.
The organiser will communicate significant changes wherever reasonably possible.

14. Safety & Emergency Instructions

All participants must follow instructions from security, venue staff and the organising team during an emergency.
Emergency exits, fire equipment and access routes must remain clear at all times.
No person may block emergency access or create an unsafe obstruction.

15. Behaviour & Conduct

Abusive, threatening, violent, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person violating event rules without refund.

16. Organiser's Rights

The organiser reserves the right of admission.
The organiser may refuse participation/entry or remove any person/vendor who violates these terms, venue rules or applicable laws.
The organiser's decision regarding safety, security and event operations will be final, subject to applicable law.

17. Force Majeure / Event Changes

In case of circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, venue-related issues, public safety concerns, natural disasters or other emergencies, the organiser may postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the event as required.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, booking a stall at, or entering the Dandiya event, the participant/vendor confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Rules & Terms & Conditions.
