TOPIC: Employee underpayments: The tax and super implications
Todd Bromwich from Hall and Wilcox will present a session on the tax and superannuation implications of employee entitlement underpayments rectification. This would cover income tax, PAYG withholding, superannuation and payroll tax. Todd will also speak to some practical examples and outside the box issues that arise in the course of these matters.

Todd is a Senior Associate in Hall & Wilcox’s Tax team, practising predominantly in taxation advisory and disputes, with broader experience in charity law, general commercial matters, trust law and estate planning. Todd advises clients across the business spectrum, with particular focus on the mid-market. His clients are predominantly high net-worth individuals and family groups, SMEs and the charities and not-for-profit sector.
The session will begin with a 15 minutes technology update from Practice Protect.
