We are proud to announce that our annual Community Halloween Fancy Dress Parade will be on the 28th of October at 2pm. Join Kirkwall City Pipeband on our much loved parade from Trek and Travel (Bridge Street) to William Shearers (Victoria Street). Everyone is welcome and fancy dress is encouraged. Please arrive at 1:45pm for a 2pm start.
There will also be a Halloween party hosted afterwards by the Papdale East Play Park Association at the St Magnus Centre.
