It is pumpkin season and we are celebrating with a mindfulness harvest workshop this month! Celebrate the magic of fall with a cozy, pumpkin-filled mindfulness adventure! In this playful session, children will explore calming practices while connecting with the season’s harvest. Through engaging, age-appropriate activities, kids will enjoy a mindful pumpkin story time, learning about patience, growth, and gratitude; fingerpaint their own mini pumpkin or gourd; & practice simple breathing and grounding games inspired by the fall harvest. This workshop is designed to help children slow down, savor the season, and discover mindfulness through fun, hands-on experiences. Each child will take home their painted pumpkin as a reminder to carry calm and creativity into their daily lives. Though we do not limit the age of children attending, this event is best for preschool and school age children who are comfortable with sensory activities and following directions. This workshop blends storytelling, art, and mindfulness to nurture focus, gratitude, and joy. We look forward to seeing you! $15 per child. Advance registration required. Limited seating.
