The Stark County Neighborhood Partnership Program, a collaboration between Stark Community Foundation and Community Building Partnership of Stark County, Inc., presents the 2024 Celebration of Neighborhoods Fall Festival.This years event is free and open to the public. Experience the "fall festival" atmosphere and enjoy food, fun and community engagement!
