We've moved the event to Halloween morning! Join Park Center for a family fun walk and/or a competitive 1-mile run (timed with prizes!) at the stunning Cornelia Fort Airpark in Shelby Bottoms, followed by a speaking program where our members will share their stories and Park Center staff will discuss what it means to be part of an organization whose mission is one of hope, courage, and recovery. We are also adding in fun Halloween themed activities to make this a true celebration of fitness, nature, our members triumph in the face of adversity, and all things spooky!
Come celebrate the courage of mental health recovery, embrace wellness, and experience the beauty of Nashville's cherished green spaces. Together, we will honor remarkable stories of triumph while championing mental health, healthy living, the importance of environmental preservation in our community, and having a little fun on the holidays
