Loulou (176 8th Avenue) Chelsea’s stunning French bistro and speakeasy is throwing a special Dog Party on Monday August 26th from 1pm to 6pm in celebration of National Dog Day. Guests can enjoy the festivities all afternoon with the Dog Costume Contest set to take place from 5pm to 6pm. Dress up your four-legged friend and compete for prizes including a $150 gift card for dinner with your pup (1st Place) a special Doggy Gift (2nd Place) and a refreshing Pawpsicle (3rd Place). To enter the competition guests must have a check of $50 or more.
