Join me for a 2.5 hour workshop to find out how your MENSTRUAL CYCLE is connected with your BREATH and to learn how you can use it to support yourself through each and every phase of the month.
We are going to dive deep into all things hormones, menstruation and how we can manage PMS and harness the power of the breath to feel better and lighter.
What to expect:
- insights into experiences of others
- looking at each phase of the cycle and its connection to the breath
- learning exercises that support each of the four phases
- a 30 minute guided breathwork session
- time for journaling and optional sharing circle over another cuppa.
What are you going to leave with?
- a set of practical exercises you can use during each phase
- access to 4 mini breathwork session recordings that you can download to your phone and listen on demand
- a wee care package to take home 💨
There will be plenty of vegan cake, lovely tea, time to chat and journal.
Come and join me before you head off to your Halloween party!
