Start your Halloween weekend with a double dose of fun and fitness!🕢 7:30am: BOO CREW POWER HOUR
A special Halloween-themed Power Hour that’s fun, high-energy, and family-friendly. We’ll mix in festive moves (pumpkins may make an appearance) with all the strength, cardio, and core work you know and love. Open to all ages and co-ed—as long as participants can follow along and stay with their parent. Costumes encouraged but not required.
🕣 8:45am: HALLOWEEN HIGH FITNESS
Stick around (or join us fresh) for an upbeat Halloween edition of High Fitness. Expect high-energy music, fun choreography, and a spooky-good sweat session. This class is also all ages and co-ed, perfect for anyone who wants to move, laugh, and dance it out.
Bring your friends, family, or the whole crew—these classes are designed to be fun for everyone!
