Immerse your little ones in the playfully spooky foundations of yoga with a 30-minute class focused on the basics through the use of music, games, visualization, breathing, meditation, and accessible yoga postures followed by a 30-minute Halloween-themed activity rooted in the history of yoga. Not only will they have fun learning about Hindu gods and their sometimes-spooky stories, but they'll also improve coordination, focus, confidence, flexibility, and ability to handle big and little emotions. This class is designed for all kiddos ages 4-10, whether they've taken their first downward dog or not. All are welcome, join at any time!
