Our culinary team put a creative twist on classic Thanksgiving dishes, designed to be paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines and great friends.

• Autumn Harvest Duo Roasted Root Vegetable Chowder with Rosemary-Brown Butter Croutons & Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Arancini with Lemon Aioli and Chives | Paired with Grateful White
• Maple Pretzel Crusted Pork Chop Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Pancetta Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Onion-Cider Au Jus | Paired with Grateful Red

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, November 14 @ 7:00PM. Ticket price includes tax and gratuity.
