About this Event

ANIMORSELS - Video Nasties

Animation, motion graphics, video & other creative folk, join us for an evening of creepy animated high jinks and drinks!

We'll be at The Old Cold Store in Nottingham with lots of ghoulish short animations and a talk from Lee Hardcastle a claymation animator and director working with clients such as Adult Swim, Disney+ & Burger King. Plus small talks from Karl Poyzer and Oz Durose, a Quick Quiz with some great prizes and other fiendish fun!

(Please note, this event will be extra spoooooky, very gory and pretty horrifying.)

A veeerryy rough schedule (things rarely go to plan):

6:00 pm - Doors Open. Arrive & get a drink, say hello to folk

6:40 pm - Intro, Quick Quiz, Short animations & Micromorsels

7:40 pm - "Small Talk" with Karl Poyzer & Oz Durose

8:10 pm - Interval

8:30 pm - Lee Hardcastle

9:30 pm - Quiz Prizes

9:45pm - Drinks and chit chat.

11:00pm - Home Time

Some of the animations will contain elements / themes unsuitable for children, plus we're in a pub so the event is strictly 18+.
