By attending, participating in, volunteering at, vending at, decorating a vehicle at, or bringing a minor child to the Daressia Industries 4th Annual Trunk or Treat (“Event”), I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, interaction with vehicles, crowds, decorations, food or candy, weather conditions, and other activities associated with the Event.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participation in the Event for myself and, when applicable, for the minor child(ren) in my care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Daressia Industries LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, vendors, venue/property owners, and affiliated parties from claims for personal injury, property damage, loss, or other damages arising from my or my child’s participation in the Event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

I understand that parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Daressia Industries LLC does not assume custody or responsibility for unattended minors.

I am responsible for determining whether any candy, food, beverage, or other item distributed at the Event is appropriate for myself or my child, including consideration of allergies, dietary restrictions, choking hazards, or other individual needs.

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal property and belongings brought to the Event. Participants displaying vehicles are responsible for safely positioning and securing their vehicles and decorations and complying with all Event safety instructions.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Event personnel to contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred for myself or my child.

By electronically signing/registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its terms and voluntarily agree to them.
