Join us for the exciting 2026 Heron Trot Family Run/Walk at the beautiful Big Lagoon State Park! This in-person event will take place on October 31, 2026 at 7:00 AM (Central Time). It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a refreshing morning outdoors with family and friends while embracing the spirit of community and fitness. Don't miss out on this fantastic event that combines nature and fun in a perfect setting!
A special trail run/walk has been added this year, plus games and contests. Since this will be Halloween, WEAR YOUR COSTUME!
